Affiliate Disclosure

Brocksfireplaces.co.uk is a participant in affiliate marketing programs operated by various online casinos and gambling operators. When you click on affiliate links on our website and complete a registration or deposit, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

How We Earn Commissions

We generate revenue through affiliate commissions when users access casinos through our referral links. This is how we fund the ongoing maintenance and development of this website. These commissions are paid directly by the casino operators and do not affect the price you pay or the services you receive.

Our Editorial Independence

Our affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial opinions, casino rankings, or review scores. We conduct independent reviews based on objective criteria including player safety, game selection, payment methods, customer support, and licensing. Our rankings reflect our honest assessment of each casino's quality and suitability for players.

Identifying Affiliate Links

Affiliate and sponsored links are clearly marked throughout our site with labels such as "Affiliate Link," "Sponsored," or "Play Now." We are transparent about which links generate commissions for us.

Regulatory Compliance

This disclosure complies with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code) and UK Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. We are committed to transparent advertising practices as required by British law.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for verifying that any casino you choose to use is properly licensed and regulated. We encourage you to gamble responsibly and within your means. If you have concerns about your gambling, organisations such as GamCare and the National Problem Gambling Clinic offer free, confidential support.
